A Wildflower Novice Chapbook by Sharon Jewell
This collection of "a wildflower novice" poems by artist Sharon Jewell were written in response to the Canaipa residency in July, 2024. This experience informed the development of a local component for the ‘Wildflowering by Design’ exhibition. The poems reference directly the encounters with flowers and historical memorabilia, as well as the botanical names.
